Adam Rees asked everyone to hold June 25, 2024 for the club's annual Change of Gavel event to be held at Cragun's Golf Resort Pavilion.
Please remember we have a Club Rotary Visioning Retreat on March 20th, 4:30PM to 8:30PM. A survey was sent on 1-23-2024 to club members by email and Paula reminded us that the survey must be completed by Wednesday, February 21, 2024.

Brad Chapulis, from the Sunrise Rotary explained that they partnered with the Mrs. Looney's Forestview 8th Grade class on their efforts to raise money for H20, a non-profit entity that implements water, sanitation, and hygiene projects in schools globally. On the morning of March 6th (5:30am to 10:30am), they need volunteers to make 2,000 donuts for the class to sell at the school. Please use this LINK to sign up.

Speaker: Paula Chapulis devoted the club meeting to a Rotary Jeopardy Game with Kevin Thesing as our host. AnnMarie Lacher came up with the idea, and Paula Persons, Heather Kelm and others helped create the trivia questions. Much fun was had by all with Allie's table winning with the high scoring brilliant minds of Mike McConkey, Jeff Birks, Jesse Hopkins and Samanta Aguirre. The loosing table will remain nameless but included a doctor, former president of the hospital, world famous geologist, a well known community leader and a president of the largest music festival in the area.
