Aaron Antony: Mark your calendars! Ditch pick will be May 20th beginning at 5:00 pm.
Adam Rees: We have a couple of openings on the Rotary Board. See Michelle if you're interested in being involved with the Board.
Adam Rees: We have a goal of increasing our membership to 100. We currently have 79 members, 77 active members and 2 honorary members. Please invite your friends to Rotary!
David VanNingen: While visiting our Club, he presented us with 3 flags from Hope Haven's recent mission trip.
Save the Date
Change of Gavel will be held on June 17, 2025, at Cragun's. We will not have a noon meeting on that date.
Camp Journey will be held October 17-18 this year. Volunteers will be needed for this over-night event.
2025 District Conference will be October 24-25 in Duluth.
Our Club will host the District Conference in 2026! The conference will take place from October 1, 2026 - October 4, 2026.

05/13/2025 Amberbeth VanNingen - Ukraine Mission Trip
AmberBeth VanNingen is an ecologist for the Minnesota DNR's Scientific and Natural Areas Program. She has a bachelor's degree in biology and environmental studies from St. Olaf College and a master's degree in geography from Minnesota State University - Mankato. AmberBeth lives in Ely, MN where she is the chair of Ely Young Life and enjoys all that Ely has to offer from outdoor recreation to its art scene.
AmberBeth spoke to the Club about a mission trip she took to Ukraine via Romania. The trip was part of an effort led by Hope Haven to provide wheel chairs for individuals in need. AmberBeth was able to connect with multiple Rotary Clubs as part of this effort.
