On February 15, 2006 22 Rotarians, Rotary partners and Sandy our Reichert bus driver left for Winnipeg to attend the Rotary International Goodwill Weekend. Our bus was well represented with Rotarians from Brainerd, Little Falls, Aitkin, and Walker.
Our club put together three curling teams and participated in a Bonspiel tournament Friday.
The Canadians hosted the US on Friday (Canuck Nite, eh) night and Saturday night the Americans hosted the Canadians. Brainerd promoted the upcoming District 5580 Conference to be held at Cragun's on Gull Lake April 19 - 22, 2007. They "Lured" people to come to the Brainerd Lakes ARea to see what an "A-Luring" area it is. Click on the photos below for a larger print.
