BRAINERD ROTARY Change of Gavel

 President Jill passed the gavel onto Rick at Madden's on Gull Lake on June 30, 2009.  There was an afternoon of golf and social hour followed by an excellent meal.  After the meal was completed there was a skit presented (a gift to Jill from Rick), a report on Rotary International Convention in Birmingham, England given by Bob McLean, and a presentation by Dr. Guy Theodore of Haiti, District Governor of District 7020.  Following the golf awards  and a slideshow recapping the year, Jill gave a Club Service Award to Paula Persons and named  Terri Monroe Rotarian of the Year.  Gifts and thanks were given to Jill's directors and incoming officers were presented to the club.  The evening was closed  by Jill receive her Past President Pin and Jill giving Rick his President pin and the gavel.
